ATF Spring Field Event 2020

Come and join the ATF at this Spring's field event, which takes place at Stanway House, near Cheltenham.

Thanks to the newly formed Gloucestershire group (whose official launch is a part of this trip), and by kind permission of Lord Wemyss, we have an opportunity to visit parts of this estate not normally open to the public. It is an estate with many layers of history evident in the landscape and trees visible today, with a fine and varied collection of ancient, veteran, and other notable trees.

ATF Summer Forum 2020

Save the date - the 2020 Summer Forum will be held on 14 & 15 July in Suffolk. The Summer Forum will be a joint event between the Ancient Tree Forum and Suffolk County Council. More information on venues and timings will be provided later this month.

VETcert News

The Arboricultural Association launch the first exam dates for VETcert. The first exams will be held in March in Bristol. See the Arboricultural Association's website for more information.

This continuing professional development event is aimed at expanding the knowledge of professional gardeners and owners, along with horticultural apprentices and students.  The cost of this day is accessibly priced and 20 free places have been allocated for horticultural apprentices and students.   Please book by 31st March; places are limited.  After this date, booking will be open to those with more general interest.
